Nature Sound Meditation with healing frequencies
If you are not afraid of thunderstorm, this relaxing meditation will help you to clean your energy-fields and to balance yourself to natural energies.

This song will help you to clean and purify your aura and energy-fields. The frequencies are also tested to support your mind and body to adapt to the new energies and frequencies and the changing of the Schumann-Resonance Amplitudes. Mental, Emotional and body-problems will be more smooth

How to use:
Lay down, close your eye and don´t try to listen to focused. Just let your mind flow.
While relaxing to this song, just feel how the rain is washing away every kind of negative energies from your body and your aura.

I got the information from spiritual sources, to take 9-8 Hz as a brainwave entrainment frequency and the solfeggio frequency 528 Hz for transformation, healing, love and DNA-repairing
Please , try out yourself, if it can help you, too.
(Actually I thought Schumann Resonanz frequency of 7,83Hz or 8Hz would be the best, but I tested out that 9.8Hz ist the best frequency for this purpose.)

Use headphone and listen while you are relaxing or meditating. Just let your mind flow and enjoy.
